FESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday, September 30th, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm

SET-UP TIMES: Saturday, September 30th, 7:30 am – 10:30 am

Accepted mediums:

Drawing, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Paper, Photography, Pottery, Printmaking, Sculpture, Textile, and Wood.  We do not accept body care items, food items, clothing, or direct sales vendors.

NOTIFICATION: Artists will be notified within a week of applying. If accepted into the show, checks/fees need to be received no later than September 1st. At which point, if we do not receive payment, we will fill your spot with an artist from the alternate list.

Runner Up 2 D $75

Rules & Regulations


Artists must provide their own display, tent/s, chair/s, table/s. Electricity is NOT provided. A standard space is 10’x10’, but one and one half (10×15) and double spaces (10×20) are also available. Your display must be completely contained within the space you purchase.

Inclement Weather

The festival is rain or shine. Artists are encouraged to have protective items for their work in the case of implement weather. The cost of the event prohibits refunds. Weather will be evaluated by the Hilton Art Walk Committee. The decision to close the show due to weather is at the sole discretion of the Hilton Art Walk Festival Committee. Artists leaving or packing up without the approval of the event coordinator is prohibited. 

Jury Selection

Selection is based on creativity, technical ability, and use of the medium. The selection process is based entirely on the current work presented.  The jury selection is final. Artists may show only in the mediums in which they are accepted. 


The Hilton Art Walk is curated for artists and artisans who bring their own original, professional work, created and executed by their own hand. Submitted work must solely be the work of a single artist or a two-person team collaboration. Art that is generated digitally, including photography, must be displayed in a manner consistent with, and respectful of the standards of the art that is created by hand.

Prints and reproductions of an artist’s original work may be present. The individual prints must be clearly labeled as reproductions.

Images are requested on the form. Please submit 2-4 images of your work plus 1 additional image of the artist booth.
